Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons.

5. Fees, Payment, and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Failed payments may result in service suspension. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

10. Email Deliverability and Compliance

We strive for high deliverability but do not guarantee inbox placement. You are responsible for email content compliance, including unsubscribe links and sender identification. We may monitor and limit sending to prevent abuse. Violations may result in account suspension.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice. Upon termination, your access ceases, but some provisions survive. You may request data export before termination.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific results. Email deliverability depends on many factors beyond our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.

14. Indemnification
